  1. When a reservation is cancelled at least 35 days before the original departure date, the customer is not responsible for any cancellation costs. In the event that the unpredictability of life presents itself, it is our goal to provide you with a stress-free experience.
  2. In order to strike a compromise between the need for flexibility and the protection of ongoing preparations, the cancellation fee for reservations that are cancelled between 11 and 34 days before their scheduled departure is set at 30 percent.
  3. In order for us to effectively manage our resources and logistics, we must charge a cancellation fee of fifty percent for any reservations that are cancelled between three and ten days before the scheduled beginning of the safari.
  4. If you cancel your safari less than 48 hours before it starts, you will be responsible for paying the whole reservation amount. This is to ensure that you are reimbursed for any changes you make to your reservation at the last minute.
