We are aware of the need of adaptability in this world of ever-shifting winds and unpredictably high waves. In the event that your plans for a trip take an unforeseen detour and you are no longer able to participate in the tour that you have booked, please let us know. Our cancellation policy is rather chameleon-like in that it changes depending on when you make your choice in relation to when the trip is scheduled to begin:

  • If you decide to cancel your participation in a tour at least 35 days before it is scheduled to begin, you won’t be responsible for paying any of the associated cancellation costs.
  • Should you want to change your plans between 11 and 34 days before the start of the adventure, you will be subject to a reasonable cancellation charge of 30 percent. This will be the only disturbance in your vacation.
  • Should you decide to change your itinerary between three and ten days before the tour begins, you will be subject to a cancellation charge equal to fifty percent of the total cost of the trip.
  • In the case of a sudden change occurring less than forty-eight hours before the start of the trip, you will be responsible for paying the full amount of the cancellation charge.
