Day 1 – Arusha/Moshi – Lake Manyara

Your day will begin with a scrumptious breakfast, and at seven in the morning, our knowledgeable tour guide and driver will be there to greet you with a smile. Before we go off to the Great Rift Valley and the lovely Lake Manyara National Park, you can anticipate a safari briefing that will be condensed but yet packed with useful information. Our route takes us via the picturesque town of Mto Wa Mbu, which is located close to the entrance to the national park. This town is a great place to pick up trinkets and other mementos, and the local merchants are eager to show off their handiwork. In Lake Manyara National Park, which is located in the foothills of the western escarpment of the Great Rift Valley, there is a massive but shallow soda lake that covers about two-thirds of the park’s total area.

Day 2 – Lake Manyara – Serengeti Plains

After a delicious breakfast, we will get on the road and go in the direction of the famous Serengeti National Park. The breathtaking Karatu Highlands and the Ngorongoro Conservation Area are also on the itinerary for today’s excursion. As we make our way out of the highlands, we’ll make our way into the heart of the wilderness, where the limitless grasslands of the Serengeti stretch out in every direction for as far as the eye can see. Our last stop will be at the Seronera region, which is renowned for the incredible variety of flora and fauna that can be found there. The Seronera River, which runs through the region, serves as an important supply of water for the local flora and fauna.

Day 3 – Serengeti Plains

The journey from Olduvai Gorge to the entrance of Serengeti National Park typically takes between three and four hours to complete by car. Olduvai Gorge, which is found inside the Serengeti National Park grasslands, is a prehistoric site that is known for being the location where the world’s first ancient human fossils were discovered. The stunning views that can be seen there inspired the Maasai tribe to give it the name “Serengeti,” which can be translated as “Endless Plains.” You will have the opportunity to go on a wildlife drive in the evening, which is the ideal time to see animals in action, particularly carnivores, since this is the peak hunting season for them.

Day 4 – Serengeti Plains – Ngorongoro crater

After a delicious breakfast, you will go on a wildlife drive in the Serengeti in the morning, and then you will travel via the Olduvai Gorge on your way to the Ngorongoro Crater. Once you have reached the rim of the crater, you will return to your cosy lodge or campground to have a restful evening and a scrumptious meal before retiring for the night.

Day 5 – Ngorongoro Crater

The Ngorongoro Crater is without a doubt one of the greatest places in Africa to see the critically endangered black rhino as well as the beautiful black-mane lions, in addition to other lion prides. In addition, the crater is home to a large number of flamingos of many different colours as well as a variety of other waterbirds. While you are touring the crater, you will most likely come across a wide variety of wild animals, such as leopards, cheetahs, and hyenas.

Day 6 – Ngorongoro Crater – Tarangire National Park

Both a tree-climbing python and a long-necked Gerenuk, two remarkable animals with very long necks, will be here today for your viewing pleasure. It is well known that Tarangire National Park is home to Africa’s biggest elephant population. As a result, visitors to the park have the rare opportunity to see interactions between many elephant herds. Make sure the battery on your camera is charged so you can record this incredible scene. After the exciting wildlife drive, make your way back to the camp or lodge where you are staying for a scrumptious meal and some much-needed relaxation.

Day 7 – Tarangire National Park – Arusha

Your last day will begin at 8:00 AM, and it will be followed by a delectable breakfast. The first part of the day will be spent on a wildlife drive in Tarangire National Park, which is famous for the enormous baobab trees that tower above the animals that graze underneath them. The Tarangire River, which serves as the park’s focal point, is famous for being home to one of the greatest elephant herds in all of Africa. Remember to bring your camera so you may take pictures of the abundant local wildlife, which may include lions, leopards, and cheetahs in addition to a wide variety of antelope and zebras.
